Step 2 – Inflate Your Balloons
For a Floating Cluster: Inflate all foil hearts and the bobo balloon with helium.
For a Wall Design: Inflate with air using a pump and attach with removable hooks.
Pro Tip: Inflate the bobo balloon last and only to about 90% capacity for a perfect round shape.

Step 3 – Build the "Bubble" Cluster
Start with the bobo balloon as your central "bubble."
Attach 3-4 of the large heart balloons around it at varying ribbon lengths.
Tuck the mini heart balloons in between the large ones, clustering them close to the bobo balloon.
Use ribbons of different lengths (12 inches to 36 inches) to create a cascading, bubble-like effect.

Step 4 – Weave in the Fairy Lights
Gently weave the fairy lights through the entire balloon cluster.
Let some lights rest inside the curve of the large hearts and against the bobo balloon.
Hide the battery pack behind a large heart or within the weight.

Step 5 – Finalize the Look
