Shipping Policy – Maddkit

At Maddkit, every celebration kit is thoughtfully checked, packed, and prepared to help you create beautiful moments at home. Here’s how our shipping works:

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST (Monday–Saturday) are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST are processed and dispatched on the next business day.

  • Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse after a manual quality check, as each kit contains multiple curated items.

  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically are:

  • 2–5 working days: Metro cities & major urban areas

  • 3–7 working days: Other cities and towns

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner operations, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping timelines are calculated in business days only (Monday–Saturday) and do not include Sundays or public holidays.

If your celebration is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order, and we’ll do our best to assist wherever possible.

Shipping Partners & Delays

  • We use trusted third-party courier partners for deliveries.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Maddkit cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or local restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Since Maddkit kits are DIY celebration kits containing multiple items that are carefully curated and packed together:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

    • DIY kits

    • Party décor items

    • Balloons, banners, props, or consumables
      once delivered.

This helps us maintain hygiene, quality control, and fairness for all customers.

Exception – Electronic Items

  • Electronic products (such as electric balloon pumps), if included in your order, are eligible for replacement only in case of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Transit damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos)

No refunds are provided for electronic items; only replacements will be arranged after verification.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Maddkit is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Slight variations in product color or size may occur due to screen differences and manufacturing tolerances.
