Step 1 : The Flower Wall: Gently unfold the Paper Flowers. Use strong double-sided tape (foam tape recommended) to stick them to the wall in a cluster or a flowing diagonal line.

Step 2 : The Tassels (DIY): Take the tissue sheets for the Ivory, Pink, and Blue tassels. Roll each sheet tightly, twist the loop, and thread them onto the provided string. Hang this garland in front of a table or below the flowers.

Step 3 : The Balloons: Inflate the balloons and you can let them sit on the floor as "scatter" decor or fill them with helium to float.

Step 4 : The BABY Boxes: Fold the flat-packed boxes into cubes. Stick the "B-A-B-Y" letters onto the sides.

Step 5 : Styling: Place the Pompoms inside the boxes for a cute, soft look, or fill them with smaller balloons (not included) if you have spares.

Step 6 : Finishing: Hang the banner and place the cake topper.
