Step 1: Inflate the Balloons
1) Locate the self-sealing valve on the foil balloon (it looks like a small flap).
2) Gently insert the straw (usually included) or a hand pump nozzle into the valve.
3) Important Note: The 5-inch and 10-inch balloons are for AIR ONLY (they will not float with helium). The 18-inch balloons can float with helium, but we recommend using air for wall decor.
4) Inflate slowly until the balloon is firm but not overstretched. Remove the straw or nozzle and press the valve flat to seal it automatically.

Step 2: Style Your Decor
1) For Wall Decor: Use double-sided tape or glue dots (sold separately). First, place the large 18-inch balloons, then fill in the gaps with the 10-inch and 5-inch balloons.
2) For Bed or Floor Scatter: Simply inflate all the balloons and scatter them over the bed or floor for a festive look.
