Step 1: Box Assembly. Start by folding the 4 white cardboard boxes into shape. Stick the included letters (LOVE/BABY) onto the center of each box. Stack them vertically or place them side-by-side.

Step 2: Base Balloons. Inflate the 50 Orange and 50 Yellow balloons. These act as the vibrant base of your garland.

Step 3: The Big Ones. Inflate the 25 Pastel Blue balloons. Since these are 18 inches (Huge), don't over-inflate; keep them round. Use them as "highlight" balloons spaced out in the arch.

Step 4: Confetti Pop. Inflate the Multicolor Confetti balloons. Rub them on a cloth to make the confetti stick to the sides. Disperse them throughout the decor for sparkle.

Step 5: The Finishing Touches. Hang the Gold "Happy Birthday" bunting across the main wall. Drape the 13ft Gold Star Garland loosely over the balloon arch or let it hang vertically for a shimmering curtain effect.

Step 6: The Cake: Place the Cake Topper firmly into the cake.
