Step 2: The Banner: Hang the Pre-strung Banner centered on the wall, slightly overlapping the fans or just below them.

Step 3 : The Tassels: (DIY) Take the tissue paper sheets, roll them tightly, twist the loop at the top, and thread them onto the provided string. Hang this garland below the banner or on the front of the cake table.

Step 4: The Lights: Weave the LED string lights around the fans or drape them along the table for a warm, magical glow.

Step 5 : The Cake: Place the Cake Topper firmly into the cake.
